Sure, take a look and see if that's what you meant.

Once you create a Fedora account:

https://admin.fedoraproject.org/accounts/

And sign the CLA (You should get instructions to do so if you haven't
yet if you log in at the above URL), I think you should be able to login
to the wiki with your Fedora account/password.
