"No", for many reasons. Most noticeably because the .xo package
mechanism, while barely sufficient for OLPC's needs to date, is utterly
unhelpful when dealing with the niceties of getting software to run on
lots of hardware and of keeping that software running when its
underlying libraries are upgraded.
