List of packages in XO SW and not in Fedora 10

Is there a reason why these aren't in Fedora mainline, I think they're
both just for OLPC and hence wouldn't impact being in mainline

These are actually in mainline but were tagged for OLPC so they would
end up in joyride quicker, I'll untag them otherwise we don't get
newer Fedora builds.
