- use scriptlet dependency markers instead of PreReq
- post scriptlet requires coreutils
- main package doesn't require patch, rpm-build does
- buildrequire doxygen once more to resurrect apidocs
- remove useless/doubly packaged files from /usr/lib/rpm
- fix bunch of file permissions
