  - Mongolia has abolished DST.
  - Turkey will use EU rules this year, changing at 01:00 UTC rather
    than 01:00 standard time.
  - Cuba observed DST starting Sunday.
  - Resolute, Nunavut switched from Central to Eastern time last
    November.
