Patch for bug #14561 "Empty ore mine doesn't get converted to water"  * Fix for
segfault in connect_transport  * Update Russian translations  * Compute alt_min
alt_max and alt_step when loading a game  * Fixed initial tooltips for not yet
invented buildings.  * Don't crash when 9_currentGameNG.scn does not exist [ Bug
#14544 ]  * Always show used language on console.
