Description :
Core runtime requirements and applications for the K Desktop Environment 4.
This package does not include the KDE 4 versions of applications which are
provided by KDE 3 because of file and configuration setting conflicts.

Update Information:

This updates the KDE 4 development platform to the stable
release 4.0.0 and Soprano to the stable release 2.0.0 (required
by KDE 4.0.0).

Additionally, the include directory for KDE 4 headers has been
changed from /usr/include to /usr/include/kde4 because the KDE
4 headers in /usr/include caused some KDE 3 applications to
fail to build with kdelibs4-devel installed.
