This update fixes several bugs, most severe of which is the inability to start
the printer configuration tool when an SMB share queue is defined on the local
machine.

- applet: don't check for errors when starting.
- my-default-printer: Prevent traceback (Ubuntu #214579).
- main app: make the About dialog appear in the right place.
