New package.    fbpanel is a lightweight X11 desktop panel.  It works with any
ICCCM / NETWM compliant window manager (eg sawfish, metacity, openbox , xfwm4,
kvm)  It features tasklist, pager, launcbar, clock, menu and sytray.
