the CGI scripts on the web are written in Perl.  You need the perl
package installed on your system so that your system can handle Perl

system to handle Perl scripts.

New Test::Simple. Saver way to handle gethostbyname in Socket module. And
updated CGI module, which fixes the broken upload method.
