This updates the KDE 3 libraries (arts, kdelibs3, kdebase3), translations (kde-
i18n) and applications (kdepim, kdewebdev, kdevelop, kdegames3, kdeaddons-
atlantikdesigner) to the latest upstream bugfix release, KDE 3.5.10.
