Update Information:

Update to 1.51.  This update no longer requires 'mx' text tools and removes the
Martel parsing infrastructure so it may not be backwards-compatible with some
biopython scripts.  It exclusively uses numpy rather than the old 'Numeric

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update python-biopython' at the command line.
