The pkgconfig tool determines compilation options. For each required
library, it reads the configuration file and outputs the necessary
compiler and linker flags.

Update Information:

This update brings the behaviour of pkgconfig in F10 in sync with upstream,
avoiding subtle differences when resolving dependencies.
