Update Information:

This updates ghc to the current 6.10.1 release, with a new ghc-paths package
needed for haddock-2.4, needed to build docs for ghc-gtk2hs-0.10.0, which
replaces gtk2hs.    This packages have also been updated to the latest Haskell
Packaging Guidelines and included rpm macros.
