This component allows you to store an arbitrary data structures to a fixed
database table. The component provides all the functionality needed to fetch,
list, delete etc these datastructures.

ezcPersistentSession and its decorators. These arrays are now indexed by object
IDs.   * Renamed ezcPersistentIdentitySession to

ezcPersistentSessionFoundation interface, for ezcPersistentSession and its
decorators.   * Finalized implementation of identity management and relation
pre-fetching.
