Update Information:

This update contains two fixes.    The first is for a libvirtd segfault if you
do "virsh capabilities" followed by "virsh dominfo". Thanks to Stephen Smalley
for finding this and Dan Berrange for fixing this.    The second is where
libvirt was unnecessarily trying to set the SELinux context on a file when it
didn't need to. Thanks to Tim Waugh for finding and fixing this one.
