Name : imlib
Product : Fedora 11
Version : 1.9.15
Release : 11.fc11
URL : None
Summary : An image loading and rendering library for X11R6
Description :
Imlib is a display depth independent image loading and rendering library.
Imlib is designed to simplify and speed up the process of loading images and
obtaining X Window System drawables. Imlib provides many simple manipulation
routines which can be used for common operations.

The imlib package also contains the imlib_config program, which you can use to
configure the Imlib image loading and rendering library. Imlib_config can be
used to control how Imlib uses color and handles gamma corrections, etc.

Install imlib if you need an image loading and rendering library for X11R6, or
if you are installing GNOME.

Update Information:

This is a cumulative bugfix and clean-up update for the legacy Gnome-1
libraries. For end users, library linkage is improved (libraries are linked
against the libraries they need and only those libraries), resulting in less
bloat and less work for the run-time linker to do when applications using these
libraries are used. Documentation is all now encoded as UTF-8. For
developers, inter-package dependencies are fixed to pull in all of the necessary
requirements, and ensure that these still work in a multilib environment with
some 32- and 64-bit development packages present. Fedora packagers can safely
assume that %{_isa} provides are available for all libraries in the stack, in
all releases where %{_isa} is defined.

- add libXt-devel dependency for -devel package (#478357)
- use install -p to maintain timestamps where reasonable
- use an alternative approach to rpath-fixing - hacking the supplied libtool
rather than trying to use the system one

  [ 1 ] Bug #478357 - imlib-config --libs specifies more than enough libraries

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program. Use
su -c 'yum update imlib' at the command line.
