Update Information:

Implemented issue: ezcConfigurationIniWriter::writeSetting() enforces quoting
even thought it is documented differently.  Fixed bug: Hash keys with quotes
were not escaped properly internally

This update can be installed with the "yum" update program.  Use 
su -c 'yum update php-ezc-Configuration' at the command line.
