mISDN doesn't need a kernel patch -- you only need to build its modules.

I did look at building mISDN as a separate package, but in the end I believe I
decided it was probably better to build it as part of the Asterisk package and
just ship it with the chan_misdn module. I don't think it's worth shipping
separate mISDN and mISDN-devel packages just for Asterisk to use.

I don't recall where the original specfile came from, but the one I find lying
around unfinished in my working tree is now at http://david.woodhou.se/asterisk.spec
