[What' actually in the file?]
  $ fedora-extract test-1.0-1.x86_64.rpm
  test-1.0-1/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages
  $

So FC5's rpm is issuing a warning when it builds the package but it is creating
the package with the file %ghost'ed.
