Well, three questions/issues.

* Is /usr/bin/extract work with no plugins? I think libextractor should
  depend at least on libextractor-plugins-base.

* Please use the more specific home URL. I suggest 
  http://gnunet.org/libextractor/

* I think README.debian is not needed.
