PROBLEM #3: poker-network-devel needs to require pkgconfig

MUST: Packages containing pkgconfig(.pc) files must 'Requires: pkgconfig' (for
directory ownership and usability).


Clarification:
is %{_libdir}/%{name}/poker-interface a shared library? I don't think it is but
I just want to be sure.
