Add patch to fix IE6 "CONNECT HTTP/1.0" issue.
Do "chgrp apache /var/cache/samba/winbindd_privileged/" on install, or trigger
"usermod -a -G squid apache" when squid already installed (i.e. this dir has
group "squid").
