Fails to build on x86_64

File not found: /var/tmp/lat-1.0.5-3-root-paul/usr/lib64/lat

It looks like in files mono apps will need /usr/lib to be explicitly stated.

You also need to add in

%define debug_package %{nil} 

To remove the debug package
