Ok, builds fine now.

* rpmlint is silent on clips, clips-devel and clips-x11
  however on clips-debuginfo:
    E: clips-debuginfo script-without-shellbang
/usr/src/debug/clips-6.23/clipssrc/prntutil.c
    etc...
  simply chmod 0644 the sources files (in the %prep section for example)
* I used to bundle
  http://www.ghg.net/clips/download/executables/examples/AllExamples.tar.Z
  with the package. I think this would be helpful.
* xclips should have a .desktop file
