I've updated the .spec to always look in /usr/lib for the ldscripts dir (just to
reiterate, we were unable to find any distro that provides a /usr/lib64/ldscripts).

Regarding the separation of 32bit and 64bit files, I believe that hugetlbd is
intentionally always 32bits. I will ask Nish to confirm as he is the one who
wrote that code. If that is the case, then what additional problems does this
introduce for us?
