Besides these, the follow issues caught my eye: 
* Unowned directory:
/usr/share/keyutils

* BuildRoot not conforming to FE guidelines

* Why this (IMO weird) library naming?
/lib/libkeyutils-1.0.2.*.so
/lib/libkeyutils.so.1
