Re: styles.
I, at one time, included the option to make a -styles subpkg.  I should probably
remove that old crud.

Re: Licensing and LICENSE.QPL

qt4 can be either used as GPL/opensource or commericial/QPL.  However, on second
though, it appears this applies to applications that use qt4, not qt4 itself,
which is still dual licensed.  I'll re-ad the QPL bits.
