Will be better to name the variable
%define qt_dirname qt4
to %define qt_dirname qt-%{version} like it is in the Qt3 package?
Then it is mutch cleaner when the new KDE version comes witch build on Qt4.
I find /usr/lib/qt-4.2.1 better then only /usr/lib/qt4
