I do not use mock (because it seems to takes hours), but a standard build runs
correctly on my machine, AMD Turion, with fc5. The package goes
to /usr/lib64/qt4 as expected. And there is a symlink
  /usr/lib64/qt4/lib64 -> lib

libQtUiTool is used in the example at:
  http://doc.trolltech.com/4.1/designer-calculatorbuilder.html
It is mandatory for the module QtUiTools of Qt-4:
  http://doc.trolltech.com/4.1/qtuitools.html

libAssistantClient is for the Assistant module:
  http://doc.trolltech.com/4.1/qtassistant.html

Maybe these two minors libs are too new in Qt, and developers didn't want to
freeze them (all qt-4 versions are supposed to be binary and source
compatible).

Qt's configure is not a GNU configure. The option --libdir does not exists.
However, -libdir (one slash) exists.

(Please to see this bug assigned! Hint: three requests depend on qt4, and one
of them is mine...)
