# use $RPM_OPT_FLAGS 
sed -i -e "s|-O2|$RPM_OPT_FLAGS|g" mkspecs/*/qmake.conf

Is not good. Better only change the flag for compiler file for the gcc.
And add an menu entry for the linguist tool.
