Nice changelog! A lot of things to check.

I have compiled it without error nor warning.

rpmlint still says:
W: qt4-devel 
dangling-relative-symlink /usr/lib64/qt4/doc ../../share/doc/qt4-devel-4.1.2

I think that this doc symlink should be in the -doc subpackage.

Another rpmlint complain: 
W: qt4-doc 
devel-file-in-non-devel-package /usr/lib64/qt4/demos/textedit/textedit.h

should be ignored, I think.
