MUST: the desktop files must state that it is Qt 4 tools. In my KDE menu, I've 
got to identical entries for several tools, now.

Some icons, used by the desktop files, seem to belong to the kdebase package. 
I do not know what would happen if this package was removed (would it find 
some other icons, or non icons at all?).
