spec file issue:

add the default opt flags to the cmake line... like:

cmake . -DBUILD_SELINUX:BOOL=ON -DCOUNT_ME:BOOL=OFF -DCMAKE_SKIP_RPATH:BOOL=ON
-DLIB_INSTALL_DIR:STRING=/%{_lib} -DCMAKE_CXX_FLAGS:STRING='%{optflags}'
