It can go into Fedora Extras when someone has reviewed it, approved it, and
changed the blocker bug to FE-ACCEPT. So far none of these things have happened.

Do you currently have any other packages already in Fedora Extras? If not,
you'll also need a sponsor for cvs access, and should add the blocker bug of
FE-NEEDSPONSOR to this review request.
