paul,
  I solved all problems now by reversioning all my Source as well as SPEC
Changes. I have placed all my SRPMS right from the first i posted to review to
latest one.

First Version(1.1.1-1) posted for review is at=>

Then I added Following Changes to next version(1.1.2-1)
- Solved Package dependency problem by adding BuildRequires in SPEC file.
- Added GPL ChangeLog README in SPEC file and added GPL in tarball.
- Remove Provides header
- Wrap Description at 80 columns 
- Remove stripping binaries by removing -s from install

Then in Next version(1.1.3-1) I added
- Added dir macro to avoid file inclusion twice
- Change some code to remove warnings coming at compilation
