Thanx for the good input Francois. I have corrected the package after your input
above. The logrotate program works, aswell as the installation. Still problem
with adding /sbin to the users PATH. 

I tried your workaround Francois but it didnt work. It seemed that the user
didnt get any .bash_profile at all. Also as you mention above, maybe i shall
remove the default add of the service? Let me know if you find something else to
correct.
