Umm... we cannot avoid rpmlint complaints... I leave them
as they are.

Then a few issues are left.
* 'install -m755' or 'install -m644'
  Please use 'install -p -m755' or so.
* A question:
  What does disabling --enable-aafont option mean? Doesn't it work
  well (I have not checked this)?

Other things are okay.
Well, actually this is a right and nice display manager.
