Hello,
I'm not a official reviewer but I can help out a little... I tested a binary RPM
generated from your source RPM with rpmlint, and it returned:
W: gotmail incoherent-version-in-changelog 0.8.7-1 1:0.8.9-1
Your last entry in %changelog contains a version that is not coherent with
the current version of your package.

You just need to add a changelog into the SPEC to reflect the current version.
