FYI, you shouldn't have 2 .desktop files, I'd recommend changing
mkdir -p %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/applications
desktop-file-install --vendor fedora \
  --dir %{buildroot}%{_datadir}/applications \
  --add-category "Utility" \
  --add-category "X-KDE-Utilities-File" \
  --add-category "X-Fedora" \
  --remove-only-show-in "KDE" \
  src/%{name}.desktop
