MUST FIX:
* *-devel ships a *.pc
=> Missing "Requires: pkgconfig" in *-devel

BUG:
* The *.pc being shipped should "Require: libusb"
instead of hard-coding -lusb in Libs.

SHOULD:
* Use make DESTDIR=... install instead of %makeinstall
