Well, actually unless bug 250494 is resolved, it seems that
I cannot go further on this review request??

However for initscripts:
* lock file and pid file
  - Usually when daemon is running, there should be two files
    - /var/run/<daemon name>.pid - contains the info of the pid
                                   number
    - /var/lock/subsys/<daemon name>
    (Please refer to
     http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/FCNewInit/Initscripts
     Although I am not sure to what degree we should follow
     these guidelines... and "Init Script Functions" seems to
     be supported only partially)

* status
  - and what does "service sepostgresql status" return?
    Usually the format is:
----------------------------------------------------
[root at localhost ~]# LANG=C service xfs status
xfs (pid 2343) is running...
----------------------------------------------------
