It's very much possible that rpmlint's checks could be improved regarding jars,
or perhaps messages filtered out altogether if it's not clear that compressed or
uncompressed jars are in most cases a better choice (classloading performance vs
space savings balanced) for Fedora than the other choice.  I don't have any
numbers nor really even a gut feeling for this.

Regarding classloading from jars, somewhat off topic for this review, it could
also be interesting to see if indexing the jars makes any performance difference
if the jar tool in use supports indexing them (the -i option) and the runtime
uses the indexes (of course if indexing is free of side effects).
