Some more fixes in -3.fc7. I haven't added a gtk-doc dependency, since that
would be a bit backwards. gtk-doc is the tool used to create the documentation.
There is very little reason to require gtk-doc at runtime, just for the sake of
directory ownership. It would make a lot more sense to give the package to e.g.
devhelp, which can actually use the content of those directories at runtime.
