can review ?

anyway it stops at:
/usr/src/redhat/BUILD/gdal-1.4.0/install-sh -c .libs/libgdal.lai /var/tmp/gdal-1.4.0-root/usr/lib64/libgdal.la
install:  .libs/libgdal.lai does not exist
make: *** [install-lib] Error 1

becouse i removed rpath is this failure.
if have a chance to look into would be fine, i try too to look into,
but it will take a while.
