OK, I will add ncurses-devel.

What does add disttag mean?

The build root is right in my system, in Makefile.am:

install-exec-local:
        chmod 4755 $(DESTDIR)$(bindir)/zhcon

It should already be right, I don't know why it don't work on your
system, can you tell me how to modify it?
