I built the alsa-tools package so it would generate the alsa-tools-firmware
subpackage aswell as this package on an x86_64 FC6 system. I have a RME
hammerfall DSP and with both packages installed the firmware is now loaded
successfully when the udev magic happens early in the boot process.

It is a little bit of a pity that at least for the RME cards that require
firmware 3 separate packages are required to use the card rather than just one
alsa-rme-tools package(or whatever) but I'm happy with a working solution, thank
you :)
