The directory %{_libdir}/%{name} itself is not included.

> %install
> rm -rf $RPM_BUILD_ROOT
> export CFLAGS=$RPM_OPT_FLAGS
> export CXXFLAGS=$RPM_OPT_FLAGS

If during %install CFLAGS or CXXFLAGS are used to compile something,
that would be wrong. The two exports can be deleted.
