At least in my case
http://dl.sourceforge.net/sourceforge/%{name}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.bz2 doesn't
work but the heatnet mirror (or any other mirror for that mater) does work.
I can change it back to dl.sourceforge, but IMHO, it is less useful.
