Really?
Rebuilding scigraphica requires libscigraphica-devel (bug 220967),
libscigraphica-devel requires gtk+extras-devel, and
gtk+extra-devel requires gtk2-devel...

For me mockbuild succeeds (with libscigraphica(-devel) correctly
installed for scigraphica mockbuild).
